I've finished one Lewis and Clark top...I couldn't get it all in the picture, so you will have to use your imagination a bit. I love the scrappy look! I'm a little nervous to start machine quilting it. It is 80" square, and I've never quilted anything that big (by machine).
Tonight I hope to work lots on the other L & C top that I'm making....I'm nearly done with it also.

This is a beautiful quilt, Betsy! I love both the fabrics and the pattern. I really like the flying geese border. I have seen many different borders using flying geese, but never one like that.
ReplyDeleteNot only do I love the colourway of blue/tan/dark red but this quilt is amazing! Good luck with your machine quilting. I'm presently pushing a large lap quilt through my Janome QC6260 - with much grimacing and gnashing of teeth.
